  • Our Employees are thoroughly trained to practice the importance of our clients’s privacy at all times.
  • If you are not picking up your pet and that persons name is not on your pets chart, please make sure you leave the name of the person to pick up with our front desk staff to ensure a smooth dismissal for your pet.
  • We give access of information about consumers only to those employees who require it to perform their jobs.
  • We stay current with technology to ensure processing your payments via credit card use is as secure as possible.
  • Privacy and Our Business Partners; When we make our technology or services available to business partners, we will not share with them any more consumer information than is necessary, and we will make every reasonable effort to assure, by contract or otherwise, that they use our technology and services in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.
